Notes:

  • Loads of people doing different things but none of them collide in what thier doing
  • repition in what people do - the room and actions are constant
  • the people influence each other without realising/meeting
  • Blue screen - is the set a model/minature/toy? - very artificial, is it to scale? how would they co-oirdinate the people to fit the room.
  • Is any of it needed/nessisary?
  • Who are the people? - All the people whove lived in the room, All the things that have happened in the room, a day in 8 minutes?, people at different stages in life?

In lesson we watched Martin Arnolds video “Alone, life wasted, Andy Hardy”
Notes:

  • Made into a rythem, like music
  • Dehumanises the people, taking away from them as humans as they are no longer acting human - animalistic
  • Made the medium of the video obvious - time based medium
  • Taken away the cliche, hollywood scene, interupting time
  • editing a specific part of film
  • creating a point - changing how you percieve something
